"I’ve heard that there have been a lot of early deaths associated with vaping and e cigarettes. I mean minors are smoking them and college students as well. It’s very unfortunate that these people haven’t even lived their lives yet so I agree with the restrictions, especially if they prohibit minors from buying them."
