Greek Life hosts meet-and-greet on Alumni Mall Lawn

The University of Memphis Fraternity & Sorority Affairs office hosted a meet-and-greet on the Alumni Mall Lawn on Tuesday to give students an opportunity to meet and gain information on over 20 campus organizations outside of the NPHC and IFC.

Students were treated to free snow cones from Kona Ice and tested their skills on the mechanical bull that was available for anyone brave enough to try. Many of the participating organizations displayed posters with their history and information on them, along with sign-up sheets for interested students to leave their contact information.

This event was a part of the Tiger Welcome Weeks, a campus-wide series of activities organized in collaboration with multiple departments and student organizations. The University Student Activities Council is next in line with their Paint and Glow Party this Friday at 7 p.m. on the Centennial Place Lawn.
